JAMIE QUALK NAMED LECTURER OF SUSTAINABILITY AT LIPSCOMB UNIVERSITY

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Jamie Qualk, LEED ® AP, of Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. (SSR) will discuss the role of sustainable professionals in a sustainable society as part of a panel at Lipscomb University's graduate sustainability class on Nov. 21. The university recently named Qualk, SSR vice president and head of SSRCx's Sustainable Solutions Group (SSG), as a lecturer.
"I am honored with the opportunity to impact the very students that I will soon be working with," said Qualk. "I feel it is my duty as a professional to prepare the next generation for the future of engineering and sustainability."
A team of LEED AP experts, SSG specializes in the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings according to guidelines set by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
