FIRST TENNESSEE RANKS SECOND IN SOUTHEAST REGION ACCORDING TO J.D. POWER AND ASSOCIATES SURVEY

Bank cited for strong customer service

NASHVILLE, Tenn., – First Tennessee Bank recently ranked second in the Southeast region according to the 2009 J.D. Power and Associates Retail Banking Satisfaction StudySM, maintaining its position as a high-performing bank that consistently provides an exceptional level of customer satisfaction.
First Tennessee performed particularly well in terms of convenience, fees and transactions.

The 2009 study was based on more than 28,000 responses from households across the nation about their experiences with their primary banking providers.  Financial institutions across seven predefined geographic regions were included in the study.
